ABOUT THE DESIGNER
Senior Art Director | Graphic Designer
With a BFA in Graphic Design from Northern Michigan University and 25 years of experience, I create impactful visuals that elevate brands and drive results across print, digital, and outdoor media.
My career began at American TV & Appliance, where I progressed from production artist to Senior Designer, Advertising Manager, and ultimately Art Director—leading creative teams, directing photoshoots, and developing campaigns tied to major Wisconsin icons like the Packers, Badgers, and large-scale retail events.
Since then, I’ve shaped the visual identity of respected brands including Fiskars, Duluth Trading Company, Royal Prestige, Lifest, Brat Fest (including a full Madison Metro bus wrap), and most recently HyCite Enterprises, where I served as Art Director until a company-wide restructure.
Today I run DesJarlais Design full-time, partnering with consumer brands, retailers, ministries, and events on branding, editorial layouts, art direction, packaging, logos, email campaigns, and web elements. Highlights include directing 27 issues of a bilingual luxury-lifestyle magazine and creating large-scale convention experiences for thousands.
