Social media has become part of daily life for most businesses. Although there are more businesses that I have done social media for over the years, Brat Fest, Willy Street Co-op, and Lifest were three clients that benefited through their social media presence and the direct market postings I would do on Facebook and Instagram.  We were able to look at Facebook analytics and track what made customers click and share. Through the analytic data, we could direct market posts to customers in a more effective manner that benefited each client.
